The Airend uses a large rotor with a low rotate speed design,which contains two separate compression unit. The rotor adopts a new design of UV patent line type with more than twenty processes,which make sure the accura- gy,reliability and effectiveness of the rotor line type. The level one compression rotor and the level two compression rotor are put in a same endosure and are directly drven by bevel wheel respectively,which lets the rotor of each level reach to the best line speed so that the efficiency of compres sion transmission can reach to the best. The compression ratio of every compression leyel has been accurately designed to reduce the load of bear- ings and gears so that the life of the main engine can be prolonged. A patent lubricating oil system separates the oil supply of compression chamber and bearings,and the compres- sion chamber uses lubricating oil of general cleanliness, while the bearings use lubricating oif of high cleanliness, which ensures the reliability of bearings.
