Permanent Magnet Frequency Converter Screw Air Compressor-AD Low Voltage Series (3-5bar)
It is a low-pressure screw air compressor with exhaust pressure as low as2 bar, tailored for low-pressure gas industries such as textile, cement and glass. The high-precision double-layer filter element design is better suitable for harsh working environments such as cement and textile. It is specially designed for low pressure independent main engine, with large rotor running at low speed, lower noise and less vibration, lower discharge pressure resistance resistance and higher efficiency. Forced lubrication is adopted for oil pumps to ensure sufficient fuel injection at extremely low discharge pressures and maintain the optima oil-gas mixing ratio.
High-efficiency rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor is directly connected and uses large rotors and low speeds to ensure high-performance operation of the machine. Adopt an efficient oil and gas separation system to ensure that the oil content in compressed air is below 3ppm.The cooling area of the oil cooler is increased by more than 30% to ensure normal operation in summer and no overtemperature is achieved. Independently designed host, internal pressure ratio ensures optimal power ratio. It truly achieves 0-100% continuously variable speed, minimizing the loss of useless work to the greatest extent.
